Abad power supply with faulty capacitors can cause no display issues. However, besides the capacitors, bad PSU cables with improper voltage also cause this no-display problem. Not only the bad Power supply the other PC components like the CPU, GPU, motherboard, BIOS chip, and RAM can also cause this same No Display issue. Ok so we ran two more tests that really brought this issue into focus. First we took another computer and powered it off that outlet. It worked fine. Next we reconnected the old computer but ran it's power off of another outlet via extension cord. The other outlet was running at 118V at the end of the extension cord and it ran fine. Proceed delve in and check the power supply. The light of the power supply will tell you the exact condition. If there is a problem with the power supply, fix it. In case the power supply is proper, there would be a problem with your screen, hard drive, or operating system. Your hard drive might be causing a problem.
